Wiris was running workloads on AWS without a standardized multi-account structure or a centralized governance model. As its environment grew, this created increasing complexity around managing workloads, users, and access across teams and regions.
Visibility across accounts was limited. Security and access practices were not fully consistent. Enforcing governance policies across environments became more difficult over time. At the same time, maintaining cost control and operational consistency across multiple accounts required significant manual effort, making it harder to scale efficiently.
Without a unified and well-structured cloud foundation, Wiris faced growing challenges in balancing fast growth with the need for security, control, and operational clarity.
CloudZone designed and implemented a standardized AWS Landing Zone to help Wiris support secure growth, stronger governance, and greater operational consistency.
The solution introduced a structured AWS Organizations setup that enabled a clear multi-account architecture with proper separation between environments. Identity and access management were centralized to create secure and consistent permissions across the organization. Integrated security and logging services were also implemented to improve visibility and strengthen control.
In addition, CloudZone established governance guardrails aligned with AWS best practices, enabling Wiris to apply policies consistently and operate its cloud environment in a more controlled, scalable, and efficient way.
Wiris now operates on a secure, well-architected AWS multi-account environment with stronger governance, improved security controls, and better operational efficiency.
