By 2024, LSports sought to migrate its core workloads to Google Cloud.
The company needed greater scalability, stronger security, and the flexibility to adopt cloud-native technologies such as real-time analytics and machine learning.
A key requirement is to complete the migration with zero downtime, ensuring uninterrupted service for its global customers while introducing automation for future scalability.
CloudZone, a certified Google Cloud Partner, led the migration and modernization process in close collaboration with LSports’ engineering team and Google Cloud Account Managers.
The team designed a fully automated infrastructure using Terraform, established secure networking and IAM policies, and integrated real-time monitoring for full operational visibility.
As part of the DevOps transformation, CloudZone upgraded CI/CD pipelines, reducing release cycles and enabling faster, safer deployments.
The project included a lift-and-shift of VMs, databases, and storage to Google cloud - all executed seamlessly, without service disruption.
