The Challenge

Hahn Law's document preparation process was largely manual. Legal teams reviewed case data and drafted claim documents from scratch, a workflow that was time-consuming, resource-intensive, and difficult to scale.

As volume increased, so did the risk of inconsistencies between reviewers and delays in document delivery. Maintaining quality across cases required significant human effort, making it harder to grow operations without growing headcount at the same pace. The firm needed a way to standardize document creation, improve turnaround times, and free up legal professionals to focus on higher-value work.

The Solution

CloudZone designed and implemented a GenAI-powered document generation system on AWS, built to automatically produce structured, court-ready legal documents directly from structured client input.

At the core of the solution is Claude, deployed via AWS Bedrock to power an AI system that generates court-ready defamation claims from structured client inputs. CloudZone paired Claude with a RAG-enhanced architecture and a custom Streamlit interface to standardize legal outputs, cut manual workload, and ensure legal criteria are applied consistently across every document.

The system introduced a consistent, template-driven approach backed by large language models, enabling Hahn Law to generate accurate first drafts at scale. Privacy and confidentiality are maintained by design; no end-customer details are ever entered into the system, ensuring that all processed data and generated output remain fully anonymous. Legal teams retain full control through a built-in human-review layer, ensuring that every document meets professional and court standards before submission.

The solution was architected for reliability and future extensibility, giving Hahn Law a stable AI foundation to build on as its automation needs evolve.
