CloudZone partnered with a leading government ministry, initially delivering critical projects to establish a secure and compliant cloud foundation. Following this successful deployment, we transitioned to a dedicated, ongoing Managed Service Provider (MSP) engagement. This close partnership ensures the underlying AWS environment remains stable, secure, highly governed, and optimized.

CloudZone assumed full operational responsibility for the Ministry’s AWS environment under an ongoing MSP service. This engagement followed the initial successful deployment and built upon the secure and compliant cloud foundation. This included managing permissions across environments, handling real-time incidents, resolving Kubernetes and communication issues, and strengthening the application layer through WAF and additional security hardening. CloudZone also implemented automated cost-optimization measures, such as shutting down non-production environments during off-hours, significantly reducing operational expenses without disrupting services. In addition, CloudZone implemented automated resource tagging, enabling full operational visibility, supporting budget control, and unified governance across all cloud accounts. Within MSP tasks, CloudZone continued supporting the Ministry in a major complementary project, ensuring seamless continuity between project work and managed operations with a dedicated team.

CloudZone’s MSP service delivered the Ministry a stable, secure, and entirely governed AWS environment capable of supporting mission-critical national justice systems.
Incident response became significantly faster, Kubernetes services stabilized, and application security was strengthened in accordance with government requirements.
FinOps automation reduced cloud costs, while the automated tagging framework improved visibility and operational control.
The ongoing managed services partnership enables the Ministry to focus on its core mission, running the country’s system, while relying on CloudZone to ensure that the underlying AWS environment remains resilient, optimized, and fully compliant.
