As a data architect you will collaborate with our customers to design data analytics solutions, focus on delivering the right solution and drive feature innovation based upon customer needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Architect data solutions & platforms on major public clouds, technical design, and development
• Design, Develop and Operate data pipelines for extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) of data from a variety of data sources.
• Expert in writing efficient SQL queries and optimize performance
• Write Technical Designs and turn business requirements to technical solutions
• Team player with a can-do attitude
• Partner with analysts and data scientists to help ship projects into production grade systems.
• Be a focal point for data externalization, and develop advanced dashboards.
• Work with analysts and Software Engineers to develop data pipelines for highly complex processes using a combination of HFDS like file systems, Spark/Flink, Presto, Kafka and more.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to identify and communicate data driven insights
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps tools and practices (e.g CI/CD, IaaC, containers, etc. ) – Must
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Scala/Java/Python – Must
• 2+ years of hands-on experience writing complex ETL pipelines using parallel processing engine (e.g. Apache Spark/Apache Beam etc) – Must
• Experience with Cloud Data Lakes
• Experience with data warehousing platforms (Snowflake/Redshift/BigQuery/Azure Synapse Analytics)
• Experience with data manipulation via scripting and coding (SQL, Python)
• Experience with at least one of the major public cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Experience with NoSQL database/s of the following: Elasticsearch, Redis, MongoDB, Cassandra or commercial equivalents

Advanced Qualifications

• Experience with orchestration tools like Airflow, Prefect
• Experience with stateful stream processing
• Experience with dimensional data modeling or other schema design practices for Data Warehouses
• Experience with data modeling and reporting
• Experience with Kubernetes/Kubeflow
• Experience in translating business needs to data tables and reports

Job Description:

Deliver technical consulting/hands-on to clients for cloud infrastructure, automation solutions, and cloud architecture.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT Infrastructure engineering including at least two years’ supporting cloud-based infrastructure
• An in-depth understanding of Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud solutions and experienced in integrating public cloud into traditional hosting/delivery models
• Architecting public cloud solutions
• Conducting Cloud Readiness Assessments observing business and technical perspectives
• Evaluating clients existing data center and digital strategies
• Performing cloud service maps, TCO analysis, and security

Responsibilities:

• Be a part of the project delivery team and focus on ensuring delivery according to architecture design
• Understand the client’s project aims and to offer professional and commercial insight to ensure client satisfaction.
• Act as a technical project leader on Public Clouds and related technologies for the project delivery team.
• Provide cloud architecture solutions while defining tasks, the scope of work and estimate required work effort from client requirements.
• Write high level/low-level design documents and other technical project-related documents.
• Perform Public cloud sizing and provide proper workload cost estimation based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with business users to create architecture in alignment with business need

Job Requirements:

Certifications:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or GCP Professional data engineer or Microsoft Azure Architect Design

Senior Sales Executive will be responsible to identify and onboard new startups and medium-sized companies to CloudZone with the sole purpose of expanding CloudZone business within an assigned territory.

By professionally applying pipeline generation, deal management, solution pitching, negotiation, and closing skills, you’ll quickly qualify and bring opportunities through the full business cycle, demonstrate the high value of delivery and innovative power of CloudZone to win new business.

An ideal candidate will have experience from public cloud resellers, technology partners or similar. She/he will be a fast learner with a sharp hunter mentality and strong drive for success.

She/he will possess a solid business background as well technical background, preferably AWS or other cloud vendors. She/he should also have a demonstrated capability to think strategically about the mission, business and technical challenges, with the ability to independently and build and convey compelling value propositions with confidence.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Leverage your contact network and understanding of customers’ business challenges to identify new business opportunities.
• Drive customers to accelerate and optimize their business by leveraging CloudZone methodologies around design, devops, finops, delivery and overall cloud strategy.
• Maintain an accurate and robust pipeline. Forecast and commit to win specific business opportunities within a time period.
• Work closely and with attention to customers to respond quickly and provide the right technical, operational and financial resources ensuring quick wins and flawless customer experience.
• Establish and maintain deep relationships with the cloud vendors teams.
• Prepare and give business reviews to senior management regarding progress in generating value and growing cloud consumption, plans and roadblocks.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of quota-carrying cloud sales experience with SaaS, PaaS or IaaS products and platforms.
• Consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communications skills, English and Hebrew.
• Technically minded, with an in-depth understanding of the technology and cloud computing market, preferably AWS products.
• Networker with the ability to create, join and grow social circles and partnerships easily. Experience with the Israeli startup community – a plus.
• Independent, goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is intelligent, confident, thorough and gets things done.
• Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
